Shopping With Maartje from Mamutopia

I went shopping with Maartje from Mamutopia last Friday! We didn't really know each other apart from what we read in each others blogs and our brief meeting at the Spring Is In The Air Market in Amsterdam last month, so I was kind of nervous! There was no need for that though, we share our first name, and our love for cuteness, so it was bound to be a success!

A success it was indeed, I had a really nice time, and bought some nice things too! We bought a couple of the same things even, we really do have the same taste!

Some of the things I bought were this cute little pouch, and Kitsch Kitchen journal/planner. I wanted the journal forever, but it was a little expensive, but now it was on sale! 2009 is half gone by now too, so that explains the sale, but you can buy the insides seperately, so it won't be completely useless come 2010.

I guess you can see what made me love the outside of the journal (ginghaaaaam!), but the inside is great too. It's filled with colorful kitchy pictures:

Other things I bought were a very cute apple shaped cutting board (no pictures of that yet, sorry!) and a new suitcase (not so cute, but very useful!).

It's not exactly the time of the year for acorns (except for those of you in Australia...Hello!), but I had some acorn buttons, and I thought they were so cute, so they just had to be turned into stud earrings!

Sugar Bunnies Recipe

I found this incredibly cute video on Strawberry Anarchy's blog, and I just had to share it with you! If you have seen the french movie Amélie, and love cuteness, you will probably love this video. If you haven't seen Amélie, you had better change that, because it's a great feel good movie and never fails to cheer me up.

A Peek At My Supplies: Kawaii Cuteness Part 1

Time to show you some more of my supply boxes. This time it's my box with "Kawaii Cuteness".

This was just the top half of my Kawaii Cuteness box, which as you can see, is mostly filled with cute deer! On Monday I will show you the other half of the box, which is a mix of cuteness.

Outfit On A Sunny Day

Yikes! I had a bit of a busy week, which I expected, and I thought I scheduled blog posts for the entire week, but it turns out I didn't! I also didn't realise until today, which means there hasn't been anything new since Sunday! Time to fix that! I have enough to show you today too.

I had some guests last week, and spent a lot of time shopping. I got some fantastic new outfits and some new cuteness for my room too. Yesterday I took some pictures of one of the outfits in our backyard.

Here I am oohing and aahing over my cute new bag! I love it!

I don't look too impressed on some of the pictures, I don't know what's up with my face!
