Tiny Dresses

This is Mimi showing off the first dress I made her. Isn't she cute? You might have noticed I have a slight apple obsession!

I've been trying to make more Blythe dresses, so I can sell some, but my sewing machine hasn't been working the way it should, so I had to put that on hold, unfortunately.

Today I kept myself busy with creating a new banner for this blog, and creating a domain name for it. I should be reachable at http://blog.tizzalicious.com from now on!

I also spent some time in the Etsy chat room, which was a lot of fun! I love the little widget they have where you can paste item numbers from other sellers (or your own I guess), and show them!

I decided I need to stress about advertising a little less. I keep going to bed way too late because I'm busy with all kinds of shop related stuff. It's not good, I need my sleep! Does anyone else obsess over their shop like I do?

  1. Your banner is way cute! Love the way it matches your cards and ads. (By the way, the earlier post about pretty packaging inspired me to get some of my own!)

I used to stress so much about my shop stats! I'd be up late at night coutning views, tracking referrals...I've calmed down now. In the end numbers mean nothing!

  6. I also obsess about my shop. That is a good thing actually. I believe it means you care about quality and customer service, not just about making money (but that is part of it too, I will be honest). You love and take pride in your items for sale.

  8. This dress is so cute! I love your stuff! I really enjoy spending time on my websites too, just trying to give them a fresh look and keep it from getting boring! I've changed my banners so many times, but I believe I'll be sticking with the ones I have (so far)! (I love making new ones, so it's kinda hard to stay away! ;) ) As long as you have fun doing what you're doing--that's what's important! Now, go have fun!! :)
